To strengthen their brand position and expand their membership base, Indian Motorcycle set out to create a modern affinity platform that delivered an exclusive club experience on par with and exceeding their competitors. The platform served a dual purpose: it provided a dynamic forum for members to connect and a centralized hub for accessing valuable benefits, driving greater engagement and incentivizing renewals. The new experience delivered impressive results, including a 105% participation rate, an 84% renewal rate, and a 79% month-over-month growth rate.

Before moving into wireframes and visual design, it was essential to first map the full user journey—every page, action, and interaction. For the Indian Motorcycle affinity site, the primary objective was to streamline the sign‑up and renewal experience. That focus paid off, driving a 105% participation rate.

With the site flow in place, wireframes were created to explore the full spectrum of user interactions, from becoming a new member or renewing an existing one to adding Indian Motorcycles to an account, managing payment methods, and earning rewards along the way.

Alongside the website’s visual design, a full set of motorcycle‑inspired jacket patches was created to celebrate key milestones and achievements within the riders group. Each physical patch corresponded directly to the digital badges earned through the online experience, giving members a tangible way to showcase their progress.
