SkinCeuticals is a L’Oréal skin care line committed to the improvement of skin health and offers a range of products that are distributed through a network that consists of dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, and spas. SkinCeuticals want to develop two loyalty programs to reward the brand’s most faithful consumers and skin care professionals.
From user experience design, creative direction, visual design, email design, and client presentations. I designed an interface for B2B and B2C customers that led to overall results of $210 million total redeemed points, 25% sales lift attributable to the loyalty program, 603% active consumer rate, and 60% active engagement of qualifying physicians.
